The only food pic I got to take today because it just gets busy! But it was a success, Mesquite Smoked Pork Butt, chopped and seasoned again & grilled on a Brioche Bun with chipotle lime aioli, Leroy's TexMex Texas red BBQ sauce , pickled red onions, kosher pickle chips and southwest slaw! Ya i know it's a lot đŸ˜‚ Round 2 tomorrow!
