Have you tried one of our signature cocktails lately? What about our latest summer cocktails?

RCG Refresher is a bright and refreshing blend of Altos Silver Tequila, juicy pineapple, sweet peach schnapps, and our house made sweet & sour. Smooth, citrusy, and perfectly balanced - your go-to sip for sunny days and good times.

Tropical Mojito is a twist on our classic mojito featuring Malibu Rum, freshly muddled mint, a splash of simple syrup, fresh lime juice, and topped with soda water. Light, crisp, and bursting with island-inspired flavor.

We have several tasty specialties like River City's Tropical Margarita made with 1800 Reposado, Gran Gala, with pineapple, orange juice, peach, and a splash of sweet and sour; Bluebonnet Lemonade made with Dripping Springs Vodka, splash of cranberry Vodka, Blue Curacao, filled with our fresh squeezed lemonade and topped with cranberry juice; and the Colorado Rita made with Altos Silver Tequila, Cointreau, fresh lime juice and sweet and sour. For those those of you watching your calories, try our Skinny Rita made with Herradura Silver, agave nectar and fresh lime juice.
