HUGE thanks to EVERYONE who came and got some food last week! It was BUSY! Lets do that again!

And to start, I'll have to have the Garlic Parm burger/fries back on, you guys DEVOUR it every time I have it!

THANK YOU Ben for choosing to support such a GREAT cause!

If you don’t know, my father was diagnosed with Bulbar onset Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) In May of 2016 and battled his heart out till October of 2016 when he passed… and events/fundraisers like this mean more than words!

Together we can find a cure!

🍺 PALE HAIRDO 💙

Brewmaster Ben and John from Big John’s Cooking LLC getting together to celebrate Pale Hairdo — a beer that was brewed for Ales for ALS and a cause that means a lot to John and all of here at Mosinee Brewing.

The beer is long gone, but we’re proud of what it helped accomplish. Proceeds from Pale Hairdo went to Ales for ALS, supporting the fight against ALS.

We’re excited to share that the beer raised $976 for the cause! 💙🍻

A great beer, a great cause, and a great memory.

Alright! Im bringing back some favs this week in hopes to see some of you guys again... especially you Mosinee! Step it up!

I understand you guys want cheesesteaks again, I hear it every time Im out! If you thought those were good, come try some of my other stuff! I didnt win "Best BBQ" in ALL of Marathon county in 2025 for nothing!!!

(And yes... they will be back as soon as Amoroso's has the hoagies back in stock!)

Sorry to everyone who is expecting cheesesteaks soon! Amorosos bakery is back ordered, but you can bet as soon as I can get the hoagies in, they'll be back!

Thanks to everyone who came out for some cheesesteaks last week! Those flew off the grill as fast as I could make them. I'm a little cheesesteaked out at the moment but not for long! They'll be back on the menu next week with a special variety...

But for this week we bring back a burger favorite from years past: The BaconJam Burger!

Featuring Townline Market fresh ground beef patties, fresh never frozen! On top of a Grandma’s Bakery fresh made toasted bun, with homemade Bacon-Onion Jam made with Nueske's Applewood Smoked Meats bacon, this burger is hard to beat!

Also cant forget about dessert: Key Lime Cheesecake Pie is on for this week, come give it a try!
