We’ve seen a photo circulating of Carbone’s pizza boxes in front of a federal building, and some have interpreted this as Carbone’s supporting or donating food to federal immigration enforcement. We want to clarify what we know.
There was no company-wide Carbone’s initiative, partnership, or directive to donate pizza to any federal agency or operation. If the pizzas shown were provided, they were not part of any coordinated effort by Carbone’s as a brand.
Carbone’s is a locally owned and operated business with multiple independent locations. What unites us is a shared commitment to community.
We do not support violence, harm, or injustice against any individual or group. Our focus has always been on bringing people together through good food and serving our neighbors across the Twin Cities and western Wisconsin.
We understand this is a sensitive time for many. Our commitment remains to respect, safety, and being a positive presence in the communities we serve.
