The Able Baker is located at 187 Maplewood Avenue at the tail end of the village in Maplewood, NJ. We bake cakes, cookies, and pies (and killer scones and coffee cake, too), all from scratch on premises in an open kitchen. We brew La Colombe coffee and pull espresso from a beautiful La Marzocco GB/5. Note that we do not respond to order inquiries through Facebook Messenger, but can be reached at the bakery at 973-313-1133.

We made more! Get online tonight to order your Super Bowl cookies. Pick up tomorrow (after the snow settles), and we’ll have them ready with your name on ‘em. OR stop in tomorrow for grab and go. Super Bowl cupcakes are also an option, plus any of your Able faves.
