Since 1971, Roman Gourmet has been built on family, hard work, and love. Tony and Giovanna started this establishment side by side, creating so much more than just pizza.

We wanted to surprise Tony by secretly enlarging original black and white photos from the early days of the pizzeria, so we walked him in blindfolded and surrounded by his family, we revealed the photographs as a loving tribute to Giovanna who recently passed. Every picture on the wall tells a piece of their story, and Giovanna’s presence will always be a part of The Roman Gourmet family forever. ❤️
