Forkless Lose the Fork! We create BBQ inspired hand-held entrees. We'll fired-up to share our love of America's original cuisine with you. How do you enjoy your barbecue?

Topless...on a Pizza, Covered Up... in a Wrap, or off the Bone... as in Ribs. We have taken regional BBQ sauces and our smoked meats to created yummy American hand-help entries. This little corner shop in Maple Plain has been making pizzas for over 15 years. The name may have changed but not the delicious pizza recipe. In honor of Pete we still offer Pete's Classic House Pizza.
