A really special day for Frankie’s. ❤️🍕🇺🇸
Today, Tom and I had the honor of providing lunch at Magnus Veterans Foundation for a gathering of local VFW, American Legion and Lions Club members.
We were especially grateful for the opportunity to meet Dr. Shawn Alderman, Founder & President of Magnus Veterans Foundation. It was an honor to meet the person behind an organization doing so much for veterans and their families.
Over the past few weeks, we’ve had the opportunity to learn more about Magnus, tour the campus, and better understand the mission and services they provide. That made being able to support today’s Lunch & Learn even more meaningful to us.
This is exactly what we hoped Frankie’s Feeds Our Community would become — not simply providing a meal, but learning about the organizations making a difference around us, building relationships, and finding ways we can continue to support their work.
We’re excited to continue growing our relationship with Magnus and already have some special things in the works for Veterans Month this November.
A huge thank-you to the Magnus team for welcoming us and allowing Frankie’s to be a small part of today’s event.
