Here at Christel's Bavarian Kitchen, we take great pride in cooking the 'old way' that our relatives (form Germany) taught us over the years. We prep all our meals as a family and love to share them with the masses. So join us this weekend at the Twin Cities Oktoberfest and don't forget your steins!!

We are oh so close to the start of Twin Cities Oktoberfest. Tables set, banners hung, tent up. Now we just need the beer, food, entertainment and the crowds. See everyone Friday and Saturday this weekend! Prost 🍻

Can't wait to start cooking. We will be featuring our complete Bavarian menu including the Rouladen, Goulash, and the German Pork Roast. Not to mention the Bartkartofeel ( butter fried potatoes), the Bacon/Onion/Mushrooms, and of course....Red Cabbage!!!

Happy Birthday to the one and only Christel of Christel's Bavarian Küche - Kitchen . 84 years young and still cranking out the Rouladen like she was 20 something.

Christel's family enjoys the Beef Rouladen on Chriatmas Day each year. So when you order the those, she's sharing her Christmas Dinner with you! And yes, she made all 3000 of them for you....at age 83.

So pull up a chair this coming weekend at the European Christmas Market and enjoy Christel's Bavarian Küche - Kitchen Holiday meals and the lovely sides.
