One of the questions I hear the most is "how do you create such intricate designs out of frosting?", so I decided to take y'all behind the scenes and share some pictures that are usually only ever seen by coworkers and loved ones (hi, friends!)
Honestly, the most important step in the process is finding a good reference picture. I actually have aphantasia, so I can't see an image inside my own head. I am CONSTANTLY staring at pictures while I decorate.
