It is with heavy hearts and deep gratitude that I share the news that Paulie’s in The Grove will be closing its doors today, February 23, 2025. This decision was incredibly tough, and it weighs heavily on our hearts. Over the years, serving this wonderful community has been more than just a job—it's been a true joy and privilege. Your unwavering loyalty and the memories we've created together have meant the world to me.

Though our chapter at The Grove is coming to a close, this isn’t the end of our journey. We are taking this time to rethink and reimagine our next steps, and we are thrilled to continue serving you at our cozy spot inside Optimal Performance Golf (OPG). At OPG, we offer a limited menu with your favorite Paulie’s dishes, including appetizers, handhelds, and pizzas and we have a full service bar. It’s a place where the Paulie’s spirit will continue to thrive, and we can still share great food and unforgettable moments together.
