🍕💚 SAYING GOODBYE TO TWO VERY SPECIAL PARTS OF THE LOUIE’S PIZZA FAMILY 💚🍕

This week is a bittersweet one at Louie’s Pizza as we say goodbye to two young ladies who have been such a HUGE part of our family and our business this past year — Braelyn and Brooklyn as they pursue their educational dreams.

If you see them on the trailer this week, please take a moment to tell them how much you appreciate them and how much you’re going to miss them. ❤️

🍕 BRAELYN
You may know her as the one getting your pizzas organized and ready to go out the window, but Braelyn has done just about EVERY job on that trailer this past year — including working the register, helping wherever she was needed, and always jumping in to get the job done.

🍕 BROOKLYN
Our main dough girl! 💚 She has hand-stretched countless pizza doughs like a champ, topped pizzas, helped keep the trailer moving, and recently took on working the window register. She has been such an important part of what happens behind that serving window.

These two came to us as employees, but somewhere along the way, they became family. And the fact that they are sisters makes it even more special. ❤️

Braelyn and Brooklyn, words cannot express how much we appreciate you, how proud we are of you, and how much we are going to miss having you on the trailer. You have both left a HUGE mark on Louie’s Pizza, and there will always be a special place for you in our family.

Thank you for the hard work, the laughs, the long days, the busy days, and for giving so much of yourselves to Louie’s Pizza. We are incredibly blessed to have had you both with us this past year. 🍕💚

Y’all aren’t just employees we’re saying goodbye to… you’re two blessings we’ll carry with us long after you leave the trailer.

Stonewall, we are coming back Friday 9/18 starting around 10:30 AM at Brassica Farm to serve you our hand crafted NY Style Pizza. All the instructions for ordering ahead for a set pick up time are on the first photo/poster shown with this post.

We highly recommend getting your order in ahead of time as last time we did sell out.
