We’re looking for a dedicated Kitchen Supervisor to help us maintain our high standards and keep our kitchen running smoothly. If you have a knack for organization, a love for great food, and at least one year of experience in a kitchen leadership role, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

As our Kitchen Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing daily kitchen activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. - Supervising kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and providing guidance to maintain performance standards. - Ensuring food preparation meets our quality and safety standards. - Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with ordering supplies as needed. - Collaborating with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment. - Problem-solving and addressing any kitchen-related issues that may arise.

What We’re Looking For: Skills & Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen leadership or supervisory role. - Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a fast-paced environment. - A solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities to inspire and guide your team. - A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality food and service.
