Yesterday, June 14th, was National Strawberry Shortcake Day! So of course you know what that means... tomorrow we will be serving our delicious strawberry shortcake! Fresh, glazed strawberries on a fresh baked lemon scone topped with vanilla bean whipped cream. It's practically perfect!

Happy Saturday! Due to popular demand, we have whipped up more German chocolate cupcakes AND 2 more strawberry rhubarb pies. It's a good day for something sweet!

Our slow smoked BBQ pulled pork sandwich is the menu highlight this week! Usually only available for dinner, today is the last day to grab one of these bad boys for lunch. Served on a griddled brioche bun with Charlee's slaw and choice of side.

Stop in and try our tasty nacho dog! 1/4lb all beef hot dog topped with nacho cheese sauce, crushed fritos, jalapeños, tomato, sour cream, green onion and cilantro. Maybe try this with a scoop of chili for a chili nacho dog?? (It's one of charlee's favorites! 🤫)

Our soup today is smoked chicken & andouille sausage gumbo. Absolute heaven! Served with jasmine rice, pickled okra and a sprinkle of gumbo file.

Brunch is available every week! Thurs/Fri 9am-12pm and Sat 10am-2pm. Make sure to stop by and try some of our favorites like chicken & waffles, avocado toast, biscuits & gravy, quiche and our delicious smothered breakfast burritos!

Our special today is Shoyu chicken with rice and stir fried veggies. We're also highlighting a dinner item and making it available for lunch. Slow smoked BBQ pulled pork sandwich! This comes on a griddled brioche bun with Charlee's slaw and choice of side. So delicious!

Our soup of the day is smoked chicken & andouille gumbo. (We always make our andouille sausage from scratch! Grind, season, case and smoke! All done in-house by Charlee herself!)

Garlic confit caesar salad is our salad special this week and it's perfect! Crisp romaine hearts, shaved parmesan, buttery croutons and our garlic confit ceasar dressing. Available with or without grilled chicken.

Happy National German Chocolate Cake Day! To celebrate, we have our scrumptious German chocolate cupcakes available. Huge, dark chocolate cupcakes filled and topped with house made coconut pecan frosting and a smattering of chocolate buttercream.

Instead of a weekend special this week, we've decided to highlight one of our dinner menu items and make it available for lunch as well. Our BBQ pulled pork sandwich! 😍 We rub and slow smoke our pork in-house then mix it with our delicious charred orange BBQ sauce. This gets piled on a butter griddled brioche bun then served with Charlee's slaw and your choice of side. (Pictured with a cup of soup) It's pretty much perfect as is but feel free to try it the way Charlee likes it by dumping the slaw right on the sandwich and adding jalapenos and crispy fried onions. 😁🤤

It's a delicious day & we have a couple fun specials! Grilled chicken caesar salad and Shoyu chicken bowl with stir fired veggies & rice. Both available starting today!

We also sold so much strawberry rhubarb pie yesterday that we almost ran out!! We still had some local rhubarb available so we baked more pies off fresh for today. Grab a slice while you can! You will not be disappointed!

Our dog of the week is show casing one of our favorites! The nacho dog! It's not on the menu anymore but still available if you ask for it! Our 1/4lb all beef hot dog is loaded up with nacho cheese sauce, crushed fritos, jalapeno, tomato, green onion, sour cream & cilantro.

Our soups today are corn chowder and tomato basil bisque.

Happy National Strawberry Rhubarb Pie Day!! 🥳 this is definitely one of our favorites! Sweet strawberries and tart rhubarb (picked right here in Manti!) Baked together in a flaky pie crust with a brown sugar crumble. This pie hits the spot! Available now!

Our soup of the day is corn chowder and it's incredible! We also always have our lovely tomato basil bisque which is excellent with our grilled cheese panini.

Don't forget to check out our community market! We've got some awesome local products right now and we love supporting this community! The raw goat milk we have right is easily the BEST goat milk we've ever tasted and if you'd like to try a sample, please let us know.

Tomorrow (6/9) is National Strawberry Rhubarb Pie Day!! This is easily one of our favorite food days and can't wait! Our crazy delicious strawberry rhubarb pie will be available tomorrow. Flaky pie crust, strawberries, local rhubarb and spiced crumb topping served warm with vanilla ice cream. It's pretty much the perfect dessert!

Friendly reminder that our brunch is cancelled today due to our participation in the Rat Fink Reunion. We will be opening at 11am for lunch. Also, come see us at the park for lunch or up at the museum for dinner. Tonight is the last dinner. We're doing roasted pork loin with funeral potatoes and caesar salad. So delicious!

Rat fink weekend is here! 🥳 we're up at the musuem serving lunch and dinner today and tomorrow! Saturday we'll be starting our day at the Manti city park with breakfast burritos, pastries and coffee at 7am. Around 10am we'll switch it up and have our loaded nachos, hot dogs and 3 cheese mac available throughout the car show. Saturday night we'll be back up at the museum with roasted pork loin for dinner. So delicious!

Because of all this fun activity, we'll be cancelling brunch on Saturday and opening at 11am for lunch and dinner service. Our special for the weekend is our cowboy mac & cheese. Delicious 3 cheese mac topped with crumbled bacon, extra cheese sauce, crispy fried onions and BBQ sauce. Upgrade this to a cowMAN mac with smoked pork, jalapeños and extra sauces. Hits the spot!

Our dog of the week is the elote dog and we've got our crazy good loaded baked potato soup.
