Congratulations newlyweds Mellissa and Jouvani! This pair of lovebirds got married on the Chez Shari patio, followed a beautiful reception in our Main Hall. We loved the bold combination of black linens and royal purple lighting, with white florals and lace accents spreading romance around the room. Even the family fur-babies were included, with signature drinks at the bar and pet toys as party favors. What a sweet way to make sure ALL the loved ones were included! This year we have been honored to host and support Helping One Woman - Manteca, and several women in need in our community.

"Each month, the Helping One Woman Manteca Chapter gathers at Chez Shari for a night centered around one local woman and her story.

Our recipient is chosen from nominations submitted by women attending the previous month’s dinner. One nomination is then randomly selected to become the woman our community will rally around next.

But these evenings are about so much more than a meal, raffles & auctions although the meal is delicious and the activities are so much fun!

They’re about showing up.
They’re about community.
They’re about reminding a woman facing one of life’s hardest seasons that she does not have to walk through it alone.
And then we do it again the next month.

Our families coming together for one evening can help restore hope. 💙

If you’ve never attended a HOW Manteca dinner, we’d love to welcome you to the table."

Jayson's loved ones planned this perfect "par-tee" without him finding out, and he was completely shocked to come up the stairs to see all his family and friends waiting for him. We hope you enjoyed celebrating at Chez Shari, and hope the view of the golf course from the second floor was the cherry on top. The oversized floral arch made the perfect backdrop for this springtime soirée. In the Main Hall, the classic black and white table theme was complimented with lively green backlights around the room. Even the patio was set up with games for guests to be able to take advantage of the lovely weather while celebrating. They opted for rows of rectangular tables instead of rounds to give their guests more elbow room! This symmetry added to the elegance of velvety red linens paired with gold chargers on every table.
