As most of you know Home Plate is for sale. It’s no longer listed by a realtor so it’s for sale by owner currently. I am open to offers as we are motivated to sale. Our priorities have changed this past year with Brock’s dad passing and our first grandson being born and another on the way. If you want to set your own schedule and no longer work for “the man” this is your opportunity. Everything is included to start making money immediately. I will not be offended by any offer.
