We’re Hiring: Team Lead
Bakehouse at Maple Lake is looking for a full-time Team Lead to join our team.
We’re a European-inspired artisan patisserie built on quality, hospitality, generosity, and attention to detail. Our values shape everything we do, and 100% of profits support Salt & Light Foundation in Sri Lanka.
This opportunity is available as a valued long-term team member prepares to relocate out of state. We’re looking for someone who is honest, dependable, organized, calm under pressure, and able to lead by example. Someone who takes ownership, follows through on commitments, works well with others, receives feedback professionally, and takes pride in doing things well.
As Team Lead, you’ll help oversee daily operations, maintain standards, create an exceptional guest experience, and ensure each day runs smoothly. The role includes opening and closing, order management, pastry preparation, coffee service, organization, and shift leadership.
We can teach our products, processes, and systems. We’re primarily looking for strong character, good judgment, reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Full-Time | Tuesday–Saturday (Typically 32–35 Hours Per Week)
Must Be Available for Early Mornings (Most Shifts Begin 6:00AM)
Must Be At Least 18 Years Old
Pay Based On Experience, Plus Tips
