Something sweet is in the works!

This was made for a private dinner this week, and it turned out so well that we are looking to add it to our menu!

Inspired by Chef Tuan’s time at Shinjuku Station and his love for Vietnamese desserts, what we have for you here to try is our HOMEMADE COCONUT ICE CREAM.

With essence of Pandan, topped with black sesame paste, yuzu-infused sunflower seed oil and topped with toasted coconut. All made with real, fresh ingredients and no artificial flavoring.
