🍽️ Our 2026–2027 Savvy’s Bistro menu is officially here!

We’re excited to welcome everyone back for another year of Food with an Educated Taste!

Our students will be serving a mix of Savvy’s favorites and new creations this year, including Chicken Marsala, Pork Au Poivre, the Brisket Kicker Salad, Savvy’s Triple B, Kennedi’s Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Raspberry Cheesecake, and much more.

Savvy’s Bistro gives our Culinary Arts students the opportunity to take what they learn in the classroom and apply it in a working restaurant — from preparation and production to front-of-house service and hospitality.

The ProStart culinary students at Savvy's Bistro have been hard at work behind the scenes getting the Bistro ready for service. Students created their very own Savvy's Bistro seasoning and Savvy's Bistro hats to take a piece of the bistro home with you!

Hands-on culinary training, business planning, and merch design—our students are mastering it all! 👨‍🍳

Savvy’s Showcase Menu has arrived.

Join us Thursday, May 14th for a 7-course tasting experience crafted and executed by our culinary students at Ben Barber Innovation Academy. From chilled shrimp with crispy vermicelli and nuoc cham vinaigrette to red miso braised short rib and strawberry-yuzu pavlova, this year’s menu highlights technique, creativity, and the growth our students have made throughout the year.

🥩 Student Favorites are back at Savvy’s Bistro! Featured here is Samuel’s Steak Sandwich, one of this year’s winning student-developed features, crafted by Samuel and inspired by the creativity and skills our students have built in the kitchen.

Tender flank steak, fresh arugula, and bold flavor on toasted ciabatta make this one worth the trip. Come support our student chefs and taste why these dishes earned a spot on the menu.

This week at Savvy’s Bistro we’re bringing back some Student Favorite Features for a greatest-hits menu built by student talent and voted favorites.

From comforting Pozole Rojo, to Samuel’s Steak Sandwich from our Student Developed Features, to the return of the Savvy’s Triple B, plus a classic Banana Pudding to finish, this menu is all about celebrating flavors and skills developed throughout the year.

Open Wednesday through Friday for lunch service. Come support our student chefs and enjoy some guest favorites while they last.

🔥 Even though Savvy’s Bistro is closed this week, the competition in our kitchen is still on.

Today our practicum students took on a Chopped-style Culinary Olympics challenge, part of our year-long competition where students put their culinary skills to the test through a variety of creative and technical challenges.

Using a mystery basket of tomato, lime, spinach, and dried cherries, each team had to create a dish under pressure. Congratulations to Michael, Christian, and Alex for earning the win with their creative take on shakshouka, served alongside a house-made cherry limeade. 👏🍅🍳🥤🏅
