Mangia!!!! I recently got the Executive Chef/food and beverage manager position at Park 116 at the Holiday Inn. More news to come!!!!!! Lots of new changes so Calabrese is up in the air until Spring.

Sorry everyone but Calabrese may be on hiatus for an indefinite amount of time. Any event already schedule will still be held through this year. Unfortunately lunches on Ashland Rd. will not. I may pop up from time to time but I'm going to have alot on my plate for the rest of the year. I will how ever still be available for events,parties and catering. Trust me it was hard to make this decision but I'm needed in other roles in my life. I want to thank everyone that has and continues to support my culinary endevours and I appreciate you. If you ever get a chance to get out to Malabar Farm Restaurant I'm always working on new and exciting cuisine. Ryan
