The Skyway East restaurant in Mansfield offers upscale dining in a romantic atmosphere. Linen tablecloths, low lighting, fresh flowers and 100 bottle wine list enhances the dining experience. Each evening, 85 entrees are offered as well as seasonal and daily specials including; "fresh, directly overnighted, Hawaiian seabass". On behalf of John, Deb, Rayetta, Robyn, Missy, Linda, Jesseka, Sara, Betsy, Di, Chris and his kitchen staff, and myself, we wish to thank all of you for the hundreds of well wishes, compliments and memories that you posted following our closing announcement. We were all overwhelmed by your thoughts. Many tears ran down our collective cheeks. Your warmth eased the sadness of our closing.

My next order of business is to find an experienced operator that will buy the restaurant and reopen it as an upscale steak house. Some talks are in progress. I can only hope.
