Thanks Ashland and Bendon Publishing for being so kind!! I truly appreciate all who weathered the pesky rain. I only came home with 6 chocolate chip muffins and some of the chocolate chip cookies. I started with 2 dozen of each of the muffins and the cinnamon rolls with frosting. Appreciate all that came to FEAST with me!

It's Balloonfest weekend, and tomorrow you can come get a taste of Fresh Eats And Sweet Treats while they last. Sweet Bubble & Bean and I will be serving from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at 1840 Baney Rd., Ashland, OH (while supplies last)

*Blueberry muffins (nut-free)
*Lemon crumb muffins with lemon glaze
*Chocolate chip cookies

Pay what you feel. Donations will be accepted and a portion of the proceeds will benefit United Way of Ashland County. Hope you'll come FEAST with me one last time!

This might be the last chance to get anything from Fresh Eats And Sweet Treats. I'm setting up a canopy and table on Friday. If you happen to be in Ashland, please stop by.

All of my items will be offered for donation only and a portion of the proceeds will be given to United Way. I plan to have cinnamon rolls with cream cheese icing, lemon crumb muffins, double chocolate chip muffins, blueberry crunch muffins, and chocolate chip cookies. (Menu may vary slightly)

I'm teaming up with Sweet Bubble & Bean and Monica has some tasty drinks on tap (please note that she's charging regular price). Come try a Strawberry Shortcake latte, Churro latte or Peach tea for bubble tea. If you're craving a macchiato, the Caramel macchiato and white chocolate macchiato have been crazy popular the last few weeks.

Today was definitely bittersweet. I'm no longer the owner of a food trailer. I sold it to a very nice couple from Pickerington. They plan to set up at one location and sell pizza and coffee all year round. I actually got to pull it one last time and park it for them. We took some pictures together and I also have one from the other day that I took for old time's sake. It was taken shortly after I finished taking off the wrap. Yes, I was a little sad.

I thank God for this journey, the ability to realize a 25-year dream, and finding my purpose in life. Teaching is definitely my niche. They say “To give a man a fish you feed him for a day. Teach him how to fish and you feed him for a lifetime” - Lao Tzu
As much as I enjoyed feeding/serving my customers, I love teaching my students how to feed themselves for their lifetime and beyond. Touching their lives means the world to me.

I pray that the new owners have a long and very successful business. It was an interesting and challenging, but fun, ride while it lasted. Thanks to all my loyal patrons and fan base that came to FEAST with me! You are appreciated more than you'll ever know. ❤️ I'll cherish these memories.

Super excited for the menu in the morning. I'm featuring scratch-made cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting made with my Grandma Owen's potato roll recipe. I'll also have pumpkin crunch muffins with a sweet maple glaze drizzled on top, chunky apple cake with walnuts and a caramel glaze, chocolate chip, and peanut butter cookies. There will be ham and Swiss wraps and an assortment of chips available for those not interested in breakfast sweets. Hope you can come FEAST with the "Sweet" gals.

When I originally started planning my food trailer, I really wanted to serve breakfast. Somehow I ended up doing lunch and dinner events instead. Well, I'm super excited because I finally get to set up for breakfast and I'm planning my menu for Saturday morning. Please join me and Sweet Bubble & Bean at the Ontario Crossroads Church rummage sale from 9 AM to Noon. Expect to see some pumpkin crumble muffins, chunky apple cake, homemade cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting, peanut butter cookies, and chocolate chip cookies made to pair with Monica's delicious drinks.
