For those who don't know, we're in the process of opening our new space in Manlius as BLISS BAKEHOUSE (and now, we're 100% gluten free)! We're on The Yard at 694 East Seneca St in Manlius!

For now, we're only open on Saturdays (9 am til 1 pm), but regular hours are coming in June!

And yes! We still have the Hot Chocolate! 😊

The new space is coming along! We're beginning to practice on the new equipment and get ready to open Bliss Bakehouse (hopefully within the month)!

Things are starting to come together! First time we've been able to make some practice drinks and play with the new equipment.

It's been a long time since we closed out doors, but we've been lucky to stay in touch with many of our staff and our customers. Today, we will be blessed to see Jessica Bloss (one of our amazing staff) marry the wonderful Mr. Matt Powers! Congratulations Jessica and Matt! May you only know joy together!
