Well, this is some bummer news. We kinda need clean water to operate and help keep the community safe. So unfortunately, we will NOT open tomorrow, Friday Oct. 16th. The City of Mankato, Minnesota Government says they plan to resolve this within 30 hours. As of now, we plan to open at 6:00 AM on Saturday and if that should change we will certainly post it here. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Hopefully we will see you this weekend once all this is resolved and we can get back to making you some Cinnamon Roll Pancakes! Thank you so much for your continued support of Happy Chef!!!

She recently got engaged and our Happy Baker was excited to do her engagement cake! She will be busy planning her wedding for next summer but she will still be here on weekends serving our amazing customers.
