PressBrothers Christopher and Patrick Person opened the legendary Tav on the Ave in 1988. Formerly known as the Stone Toad, the Tav was remodeled and went on to be the first tavern in Mankato to offer Buffalo wings. The Tav guarantees quality that is unsurpassed, rather than the usual bar food. Summer nights are hard to beat. ⚾🍻

Last Monday, Jack got to throw out the first pitch during Restaurant Appreciation Night sponsored by Performance Foodservice, and GM Izzy jumped in on the fun between innings.

After the game, we kept the night going with snacks, cold drinks, and plenty of stories on the Tav patio.
