🔥 Easy Jerk-Style Wing Seasoning

Mix together:
* 1 tbsp brown sugar
* 1 tsp smoked paprika
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp onion powder
* 1 tsp dried thyme
* ½ tsp allspice
* ½–1 tsp cayenne (to taste)
* Salt & black pepper
* 1 tbsp olive oil (to coat wings)

How to use:
1. Toss wings with seasoning + oil
2. Bake, air fry, or grill until crispy
3. Serve hot with Schwarma Sauce on the side for dunking

🥣 Easy Schwarma Chicken Bowls

Ingredients:
* 1 lb chicken thighs or breasts
* 2–3 tbsp Massad's schwarma sauce
* Olive oil, salt & pepper
* Cooked rice or couscous
* Chopped cucumber, tomato, red onion
* Can of drained chickpeas
* Optional: feta, hummus

Instructions:
1. Toss chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, and Schwarma sauce.
3. Pan-sear or grill until cooked through.
5. Slice and serve over rice with fresh veggies.
6. Drizzle more sauce on top (important 😏).

When our family opened at River Hills Mall three decades ago, we never could have imagined the incredible community that would grow around schwarma sandwiches, falafel, and our famous Massad salad. For 30 years, you’ve laughed with us, shared meals with us, and supported us through it all and for that we are eternally grateful.

Last year, we passed the torch to new owners, but they’ve made the decision to close the restaurant in just four weeks. We know many of you will miss being able to stop by for your favorites, and believe us, we’ll miss it too. We feel the weight of this moment right alongside you.

But this isn’t goodbye...

✨ Massad Group and Najwa's Catering will be serving our beloved schwarma at outdoor pop-ups and events, so you’ll still be able to get a taste of what you love. And behind the scenes, we’re working on exciting projects — a machine we’re building, Chef John cooking videos, and bringing our signature sauce for many to enjoy domestically and internationally.

We, as a family, are so excited for this next chapter, and pouring our passions into these new ventures. While we won’t be reopening a restaurant at this time, we’re excited about the road ahead and we hope you’ll come along for the ride with us.
