Dear Customers of Ann's Noodle,
Due to recent experiences, we will be implementing a Return and Refund Policy.
To ensure that no such incidents will occur again and for a smooth customer experience, please read our Return and Refund Policy below:
1. We will accept returns for food and beverages sold by Ann's Noodle that is either expired or contaminated and deemed unsafe for consumption at the time of purchase. We kindly reserve the additional right to deny or accept returns based on our judgement and evidence in the case that fraud, deception, or manipulative actions are found to have occurred.
2. We at Ann's Noodle graciously request that you contact us regarding returns within 24 hours of purchasing (in this instance, we shall define it as having handed over the food product into your posession) the product. After 24 hours, we will no longer be able to issue you an exchange or refund. We can be reached on Google, Our page and Messenger, or at (920) 374 - 4159. 3. Please bring the proof of purchase (original receipt) with you as well as the original food purchased so that we can verify your claim. If we can not verify a proof of purchase, we reserve the right to deny your claim.
4. Regarding the Return, we will gladly Issue a refund for the expired or contaminated food. Alternatively, we can happily remake the food for you after proof of purchase and the food has been brought back to verify. We reserve the right to deny any refunds or exchange should evidence of fraud, deceit, or manipulative actions be found and may pursue legal actions in such instances.
