There’s a crispness in the air this morning, but raspberries are getting their second run of the season.

So this week’s fluff is Raspberry Cheesecake: Cheesecake base, crumbled vanilla cookies, and real raspberries. Tart enough to balance out the sweet.

We have single bowls or the bigger tubs (14oz and 24oz) if you’re taking some home for later.

Pumpkin Oreo Truffle: Pumpkin fluff base folded with crushed Oreos, a white chocolate drizzle, and pumpkin spice dusted on top.

Grab a small bowl with lunch, or pick some up for after supper!

I penned this last night...

Never let your dream die.

I write this in silence. The lights are dimmed and I'm just sitting here taking it all in.

An hour ago this room was packed. The music was playing, people were laughing, kids playing around, and conversations everywhere.

Now it's quiet.

And I almost chuckle thinking we almost second guessed this. How many times we wondered if we were making the right decision. Now there are nights I sit here and never want it to stop.

Don't ignore that tug at your heart. Pay attention to the thing that keeps coming back, even when it scares you. Some dreams take a lot out of you. There are days you will question everything and it seems too risky.

But I think I'd rather chase something that scares me a little (or even a lot) than someday wonder what could have been.

This place has become much more than a coffee shop to us. It's someone sitting at a table with their computer, studying, and finding out they aced their paper. Or maybe it's friends catching up over coffee. Or a kid coloring while their parents get a minute to talk. Or someone coming in alone because they just needed to get out of the house. Or maybe it's like tonight...a room full of people listening to music on a late Saturday afternoon. 

You really don't know what life is going to throw at you. I definitely don't know where all of this leads.

But tonight, sitting on this empty stage after watching it completely full of life an hour ago, I'm really glad we didn't let the dream die.
