We recently added Vietnamese coffee to our menu, and you guys sold us out in just a couple hours 😅😂

Here’s a peak at how we make it!

* note, I like my personal coffee a little sweeter, so I used a bit more sweetened condensed milk, and it’s a little lighter than you may see ours at the market 😋

While we’re still a mostly-matcha business, we’re excited to bring this around for our non-matcha folks!

Who wants FAQ on what makes a Vietnamese coffee a Vietnamese coffee? 💁🏻‍♀️ I feel like we answered this question a lot at the last market!

One of the easiest, reusable things to have on hand 🌟

Sticky putty was recommended to me by a friend and it’s been a hugeeeee help - holding down signs, holding my recipe cards in easy-to-see places, sticking lil reminder slips to my cash box, and other random little things throughout the day at the market.

For like $10 I got a two pack on Amazon and haven’t even opened the second pack yet after months of using it. ✌🏼 i imagine this stuff would be even more helpful for vendors that have lots of pricing tags, label cards, etc for different products!

PS - it doesn’t usually leave a residue on stuff, but it did on my table cloth. It washed out, but I recommend testing it on a hidden area first. I just try to stick it to smoother, easy to clean surfaces instead!

🍎 CARAMEL APPLE - Matcha, milk, locally made apple butter, caramel sauce

🍁 SALTED MAPLE - Matcha, milk, local maple syrup, sea salt

🤎 VIETNAMESE COFFEE - Coffee + sweetened condensed milk over ice
