Spring is springing and Aberdeen Restaurant & Bar is back in action at 4:00 today!

We’re excited to welcome you back to our restaurant as we begin our lucky 13th year of business. We’ve got a great summer menu that we’ll introduce in a couple of weeks and there’s always a perfectly made Old Fashioned waiting for ya.

Spring Break at Aberdeen Restaurant & Bar is only 2 days away...we're open 4-9 tonight and tomorrow night before we shut down for our maintenance upgrades over the next 3 weeks...Then, we kick off the new season on Thursday, April 23rd. Thank you to our Aberdeen team and our customers for all you do.

Good afternoon. We're coming up on Aberdeen's annual Spring Break closure. There are 7 days left open to get your fix! Next Saturday will be our last day for the season.

We've got two large projects taking place in our kitchen during the shutdown. There's an extensive duct-work project that will be completed by Badger Heating and Cooling (These guys have done amazing work for us for 12 years now) and we'll be putting down a fancy new tile floor throughout the BoH.

Thanks for a phenomenal 2025-2026! We'll be back April 23rd @ 4:00 with a new Summer Menu and a spruced-up restaurant.

Shutdown: March 29 - April 22. Reopening April 23rd @ 4:00

We did Mardi Gras right...

Thanks to everyone who joined us on Fat Tuesday for another collaboration with the wonderful folks from Northern Waters Distillery. We had a great evening tasting Aberdeen's/NW Distillery's takes on classic Louisiana dishes and cocktails as we ushered in the season of Lent.

Kudos to both of our staffs...these events take quite a bit of time and preparation, and they crushed it. Happy to watch them flourish!

Due to the frigid temperatures expected on Friday, January 23rd, Aberdeen Restaurant & Bar will be closed. We hope our employees and customers weather these dangerous conditions safely. We plan on opening again Saturday night...Stay warm!

Due to the icy conditions and threatening blizzard, Aberdeen Restaurant has made the decision to close tonight, December 28th. We apologize for any disrupted plans, but we will err on the side of caution. We hope everyone stays safe and we will see what the weather brings before we make a decision on tomorrow...Be Safe!

We'd like to say thanks to Smokey's Restaurant & Supper Club for giving our two restaurants a wonderful Christmas party this past Sunday! Food, service and venue were all spectacular. Thanks for being so accommodating and helping us celebrate the season.

We have three nights left before we take a short break to celebrate Christmas. The way the days fell this year we will be taking 5 days from Dec. 21-25th and reopening December 26th @ 4:00.

Please note special days open that we're normally closed, December 28th and 29th, to better serve you all during the holiday season.

NYE is filling up fast so snag your reservations quickly!

ALERT: Due to the major snowstorm combined with the windy conditions, Aberdeen Restaurant & Bar will be closed tonight, Wednesday, November 26th to allow our employees and customers to remain safe on the roads. We are also closed for Thanksgiving Day reopening on Friday. Take care and we wish you all a Blessed Day tomorrow.

Happy November, everyone! We were treated to an absolutely beautiful fall this year and we couldn't be more thankful. That being said, anyone around Vilas County this week has felt winter literally blowing in.

With season change upon us we wanted to make note of a change in our traditional schedule. For the past 11 years we have shut the restaurant down after Thanksgiving for a break. As we've grown and been able to get our crew time when they want to take it, this is no longer necessary. We want everyone to know we will be staying open through early December this year, and we would love to host your Christmas Party!
