A new month means a new pizza of the month! For June, we're featuring the Cordon Blue Pizza! A Midwest twist on a classic. Deep-dish Detroit style with a crispy brick cheese edge and our traditional cheese blend, loaded with juicy chicken and diced ham, and coated with toasty panko breadcrumbs for the perfect crunch. Summer is almost here which means new hours! Flatiron Brewing and Sauced U.P. Pizza will be open 7 days a week starting Monday, May 25th (aka Memorial Day). We’re open Sunday through Friday 12pm - 9pm, and Saturday 10am - 9pm. We will also be open Memorial Day.

Sauced U.P. Pizza is hiring Seasonal Team Members for the 2026 season! We’re locally owned, community-focused, and looking for energetic people to join our crew in Manistique. Whether you’re looking for your first job or just want a fun place to work this summer, we’d love to meet you!
