Owning an ice cream shop isn’t all fun and sprinkles! 🍦😉
At Dairy Kream, we have two hard-working soft serve machines affectionately named Bonnie & Clyde. And trust us… they get a LOT of attention! 😂
Every week, both machines are completely torn down, cleaned, and sanitized. We also perform a half tear-down and sanitizing throughout the week. This helps ensure that every delicious cone, cup, and treat we serve is made with the highest standards of cleanliness and quality. 🍦✨
A complete wash, tear-down, and sanitize takes approximately 2 hours PER machine—that’s about 4 hours of cleaning for Bonnie & Clyde! 💪
It may not be the most glamorous part of owning an ice cream shop, but it’s an important part of serving you the best ice cream possible. ❤️
