The older you get, the more you realize simple is usually…well… just better.

Good ingredients.

Fresh food.

No shortcuts.

That’s the direction we’re headed this summer, and honestly… it feels like coming home.

We’re hand pressing tortillas, frying our chips fresh, making our salsa from scratch, growing our own mint and lavender.
We always use fresh citrus and good tequila. No mixers used here.

It takes more time.
It’s more work.
But that’s the kind of food we want to serve.

Our chips are fried fresh.

Our tortillas are pressed to order.

Our salsa is made from a recipe that’s been with us for years.
