As many have guessed, this account was not entirely accurate. This was a social experiment. We wanted to show how small communities will unite for a good cause. This page has received OVERWHELMING support in a matter of days, and was created in a mere half an hour. If something like this could bring so many people together, then imagine real businesses coming to the area! The people of Manila and the surrounding communities have proven how eager they are to support new businesses coming to town. Many of you will be very disappointed, and you definitely have a right to be. However, if the worst thing to happen to you is finding out Chick-fil-A isn't coming to your town, then you probably had a better day then a large majority of people around the world.
