Another week, another chance to serve this amazing community. ❤️

This week we'll be serving a private event on Monday, then heading out to two great public events:

📍 Saturday | 12PM–4PM
Ephrata Library Reading Carnival

Ember is officially throwing down at the and this thing is STACKED.

🔥 55 food trucks
🔥 Thousands of people
🔥 Two full days
🔥 And Ember is competing in the BURGER CATEGORY against 4 other killer trucks.

No pressure or anything. 😅

We’ve been dialing in every smash, every toasted bun, every sauce drizzle like it’s the Super Bowl of burgers… because honestly? For us, it kinda is.

We’re hitting Lancaster, Lititz, and wrapping the weekend at one of the biggest food truck events of the year — Lancaster’s Best Food Truck Competition! Over 55 trucks, 2 full days, and a whole lot of incredible local food.

From 1–6PM today, Raney Cellars Brewing Company is getting the full Ember treatment. Smash burgers sizzling, fries flying, cold drinks pouring, and that “I’ll just grab one thing” lie we all tell ourselves before ordering half the menu. 😅
