- 3 tablespoons butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1 1/2 cups smoked gouda cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Crushed red pepper flakes, optional

STEP 1 β COOK THE SPAGHETTI
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook the spaghetti until al dente according to package directions.
Drain and set aside.
