🚨 NO MARKET FOR US THIS WEEK 🚨

Before the rumors start: no, we didn't run out of butter. No, we didn't get lost in a croissant lamination spiral. And no, we're not secretly testing 47 new flavors in a hidden underground pastry lab.

We're simply taking a vacation.

As much as we'd love to spend another weekend elbow-deep in butter, laminating dough at questionable hours, and dreaming up croissant flavors that absolutely nobody asked for (but somehow everyone loves), The Guilty Cookie Bakehouse will NOT be at the market this week. It turns out humans require things like "rest" and "time off." Apparently surviving on espresso, butter, and pure determination isn't a sustainable long-term business strategy.

We know, it's shocking. We usually treat days off like they're an ingredient we forgot to order. But after countless croissants, cookies, sourdough loaves, and flavor experiments, we've decided it's time to step away from the mixer and remember what relaxation feels like.

The ovens need a break.
The mixer needs a break.
And most importantly... we need a break.

We'll be back soon with fresh croissants, fresh sourdough, fresh cookies, and probably a few new flavors that nobody saw coming.

🥰Thank you for keeping us busy enough to need a vacation in the first place.

Until then, please refrain from replacing us with another bakery. We can't stop you, but we will be dramatically disappointed. 😉
