🚨🚨CELEBRITY IN THE HOUSE!!🚨🚨

I met Jacquelyne Leffler at Leffler Prime Performance years ago when I wasn’t yet a restaurant owner and she wasn’t a wife and mom…..

She’s been our primary supplier since we opened in May of 2023.

When I say “I couldn’t have done it without her”, please know that is 💯% true: Jacquelyne is a consummate businesswoman with a great product🥩and equally as admirable integrity and honesty.

I have always been so proud to partner with her, hang her poster, serve her beef, say her name and be reminded that there’s a handful of women who work harder than I do😄

You’ll always be in my heart, Jacquelyne♥️. Thank you.

🗓️ Throwback Saturday!!🗓️

In October of 2021, I found myself—-for the first time ever—in Kansas while I was researching pasture-raised chicken (which never ended up being on the menu anyhow, but did make me fall in love with Kansas and uproot everything to be here, so it all worked out)

Auspiciously, I landed in Labanon, the center of the geographical 48 states🇺🇸

As silly as this may seem, I developed Spark’s Burger Co. as a way to bring people together no matter where they’re from, what the eat, how much money they have, who they voted for, what they do, who they are, who they love….i just wanted people to stop for a minute, feel unabashedly welcome and let us serve you a good meal made with the love we felt for you before you even walked in our door.

I will miss my motley hodgepodge of customers sooooo much. 😢
It’s been an honor to serve you.
