That's a wrap on the 2026 boiling season. Thank you to all of our customers. Thank you very much to all of our regulars that keep us boiling each year! This year we had 4 new contacts/groups that we boiled for and 9 regulars/previous folks that we were lucky enough to boil for.
Product was very pretty this year. Reports from 2 seafood markets are that there will be an abundance of crawfish very late this season when the rains come in.....therefore we say we are done for this year but who knows? If someone wants one we would do it!
This beautiful hat was gifted to me at the last boil by a well known crawfish eater who has mastered his own wall and pyramid disposal technique. His technique is so profound I almost wish he could come to other boils to teach his method to others.
