Hey broth-ers and sauce-ters (that was bad) I'm souper sad to announce that this Monday might be the last BROTHeL for quite a while. A new job opportunity with a big work load might get in the way of me Bone Brothing you all through the month of March. I was thinking about doing the fan favorites: Gumbo, NE Clam Chowder, and Tomato Bisque & Grilled Cheese, but let me know what you guys want!!!! Unfortunately I was going to switch back to Pho for March, but I can't get the supplies I need in time for Monday. Souper long post, but if you know me you know I like to talk 😉🖤🖤🖤

It's President's Day, so Kale to the Chief! I'll be serving Kale and Andouille Stew, Vegan African Peanut Stew, and NE Clam Chowder!! I may be souperstitious, but it's definitely extra good luck to eat soup on Mondays....

I STEWED over what to make all week 😉 In honor of Fat Tuesday, I'll be making Gumbo with Chicken, Andouille, and optional Prawns, a Vegan Chili, and Chicken and Rice. As always, everything (including the roux) is GF. I better see you!

Ok my little souper stars, as previously stated I will not be making Pho next week. I will however be making NE Clam Chowder that will be GF, though OBVIOUSLY I'll have oyster crackers and hopefully some sourdough bread bowls. I'll also be making a Vegan Curried Lentil. What else should I make; what are you guys craving? No wrong answers, except of course Pho, or Lasagna.....

Hey my soup eating pho-mily, it's Pho-nday!! Beef, Chicken, and Tofu and because you guys ate all those Summer Rolls and Creamy Nut Sauce (peanut and almond) within an hour, I'm tripling the amount! Also, this will be my last Pho-nday for a little bit, mainly because I'm craving Clam Chowder and I'm running out of pho puns. So hope to see you tonight at Fenceline!!! 🖤

To all those who came after it rapidly sold out last week, pho-m the bottom of my heart, miso sorry you didn't get this bone broth inside you!!! Tonight I'm making WAY more! There will be Beef, Chicken, and Tofu/Veg Pho and Veggie Summer Rolls. Pho-get about your troubles while I pho-mance those taste buds....

You beautiful, pho eating, unicorn people!! I was sold out of EVERYTHING in a little over 2hrs, and believe you me, there was A LOT of soup!! Well clearly Mancos is asking for it and I'm more than happy to give it to you. EVERY MONDAY will be PHO-NDAY, from now until I decide not to. 😂 I promise next week I'll bring WAY more goodies. I'm daring you guys to eat me out!!
