HeyοΏΌ friends! β˜€οΈ

It's the end of the school year for my kids, which means lots of school events and celebrations are keeping me busy! Because of that, today we'll be open from **1:00 PM–5:30 PM**.

We're testing out this later opening time to see if it makes it easier for everyone to stop by after work, easier for me to bake everything off in the morning, so you come in, and the displays are filled with treats. Bring the kids after school, or before afternoon activities and grab a sweet treat on the way home. 🍰🧁

Part 1 of the viral mousse pastries ✨
Today we’re making the homemade raspberry filling from scratch πŸ“

Ingredients:
β€’ 1 lb 8 oz frozen raspberries
β€’ 1 cup granulated sugar
β€’ 2 tbsp lemon juice
β€’ 1/4 cup water +4tbsp for slurry
β€’ 3 tbsp cornstarch
β€’ 2 tsp vanilla

The perfect sweet-tart center that takes these mousse pastries to the next level 🀀 Simple ingredients, big flavor, and SO worth making homemade πŸ™Œ
