soooo uhโฆ.yeah, caught some heat from a pizza group ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ๐ but weโre alive to talk about it.
always enjoy when one person reviews a pie and 14 people who werenโt there also get a turn ๐
first โ๏ธ if you asked for no ricotta (or any mod for that matter) and we put ricotta on it, wellโฆ we f*cked up. thatโs on us.
but please โ especially before driving an hour home โ check your order.
tell us.

& chances are weโll hand you the mistake too.
congrats ๐ the miss just left you with more pizza than you intended to own.
as for the price comments: yes, our pies are 10โ โ but theyโre hand-stretched Neapolitan-style pizzas that regularly require negotiations with the box lid.
weโre not short on toppings, we make a ton of our components in-house, and compared to similar specialty pizza spots, weโre really not far off.
could we use less, simplify what we do & make a cheaper pizza?
sure could.
but that wouldnโt be us.
โworth the hypeโ is subjective.
some people love us.
some wonโt.
and thatโs okay.
love us or hate us, weโre here & weโre gonna keep doing it for the people who want a little more out of their food experience.
what we donโt want is somebody leaving with an order we got wrong.
give us the chance to fix it.
before the disappointment becomes the story, come back to the window and let us change the ending. trust me when I say weโre aggressively willing to make it right.
