WE’RE BACK!

After some much needed R&R we are back at it tomorrow, April 30th in The Dining Room! Join us for a special seven week spring season before we open The Yard on Saturday June 20th! This extended spring season will give Chef Tiara an the rest of our team the opportunity to let local spring/early summer’s vibrant produce shine, something we dream about all winter long!

Last year’s spring weather was unkind to us as an outdoor restaurant so we’ve decided to do something new and keep The Dining Room rolling for a few more weeks before starting our Yard season. Don’t worry - June 20 will come faster than you think! Resys are now open for the spring season and the yard, 50 days in advance.

That’s a wrap on the 25/26 winter season!

Thank you to our incredible team, what a winter to be proud of - A nomination, the opening of , a great snowy VT winter, we finally utilized our new bar set up, put out fun, imaginative food, chug-able cocktails and new wines along with so much more. We’re taking 2 weeks to recharge and get inspired. We’ll see you on April 30th for what’s sure to be a perfectly Springy menu!

Hello Friends - This Thursday chef Tiara is running a pop-up at our new sister location !

Bondville Bodega is our new location in Winhall, VT (at the base of Stratton) that is a grab and go bakery and market serving breakfast and lunch, with a provisions market and wine. Come by and grab a late lunch or dinner and stock up on wine and pantry items. This will be take out only, 3-7pm.
