RWANDA ABAKUNDAKAWA FLASH BREW
This one has been a joy for us to brew especially as a flash brew. In the cup, we’re tasting soft, sweet notes of brown sugar, dried mango, and a hint of something like licorice. Flash brewing is one of our favorite ways to make iced coffee this time of year. It highlights the sweeter, more delicate notes in the cup without the 18–24 hour wait of traditional cold brew.
