Millie’s would like to give a special congratulations to our youngest scoopers who graduated today, Gwen, Rose, & Erick! 💜💜💜

One of the most maybe unexpected but fulfilling parts of running this little gelato shop is getting to know these kids - all their unique personalities, stories about their school day and homework they need to do, prom dress pictures and track meet runs, and all the shenanigans that come with being young. Even during the hardest or longest days, I always find myself leaving Millie’s laughing.

In their own way, they have all brought such a light and positivity into our lives. I am so proud of them as people and the work they have put into our business and into their own futures.

Congratulations, guys! It will be such a treat for us to watch you grow from here 🌱🎓

During cookie season last spring, a juliette scout named Ella came into the shop and confidently told us Girl Scout cookies would make the best gelato toppings. She was not only the best saleswoman I had ever encountered.. she was absolutely right.

She’s the reason we created our Samoa-inspired batch last year and it ended up being one of your favorites we have ever made! 💚
