Hi everyone,
I have a quick PSA- There was an incident at my store yesterday while myself and several other team members were working the Manasquan Bank Community Day, which was awesome by the way.
My team member that was working inside our store was taking care of two older ladies and rang them up separately, as requested. She rang up the second woman incorrectly and when she was questioned about it she tried to correct the situation. At this time the lady started to get extremely loud and berate my team member, who is a young girl. I’m told that she was so nasty that my staff started crying and another customer in the store actually stepped in and said something to the woman that was abusing my staff.
I’m hoping that this nasty individual reads my post.
Know that I stand 100% behind my team of young adults, and I believe that all our customers would agree what a great team I have. I get compliments about them all the time. That’s not to say that they don’t make mistakes, everyone does.
As for the nasty woman that thought she had the right to abuse my staff, you don’t, and I won’t stand for it!! Your behavior was inexcusable and completely unacceptable. You should be ashamed of yourself. You are not welcome back in my store, I do not need customers like you. Take your nasty self somewhere else.
Manasquan is such an amazing community that’s full of kind and caring people that support my business and treat my team with the utmost respect, and I appreciate each and every one of you. It doesn’t go unnoticed.
As for the other woman that stepped in to stand up for my team member, if you read this post, please reach out or stop back in the shop. I’d really like to show my appreciation and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️
Sincerely,
Jim Docimo
