Blend on Main can be found below the Inn on Main conveniently located at 152 Main Street in Manasquan, NJ. Blend on Main promises to deliver the Jersey shore’s finest BYOB dining experience. As Owner and Executive Chef, Chef Lou has created an extensive and exciting menu, including many of his well-known signature dishes, plus a few new culinary surprises. Blend on Main will also be open for lunch

and offers both an on premise and off premise catering menus designed exclusively by Chef Lou and his culinary team. As the former Executive Chef of Firefly, An American Bistro, Chef Lou expressed the following, “I’m excited to return to this amazing location to provider a top-notch dining experience that I have personally crafted from top to bottom. The entire team at Blend on Main is focused on giving our guests a first-class dining experience that includes superior quality, locally sourced meats, fish and produce. Blend on Main is my new “home” and I look forward to sharing it with my guests.”

Blend on Main’s unique fare focuses on taking familiar American cuisine to the next level by pairing core dishes with fresh, local ingredients and creating delectable creations such as Duck Sous Vide. And of course, there are always the signature favorites, including Ahi Tuna Taco, Lobster Mac n’ Cheese and our C.A.B. Aside from the restaurant, Chef Lou and his team continue to be actively involved in the local shore community. “I can remember when the town went dark after the devastating effects of Sandy and it was during that time I was able to give back to the community that has always supported us,“ recalls Chef Lou fondly. “I am dedicated to finding ways to support initiatives that directly impact the needs of our local customers.” Chef Lou recently participated in “Tailgate for Kate”, a benefit for a single working mom suffering from a rare form of cancer. Chef Lou’s efforts, along with others in the community, helped to raise money for her treatments. In addition, he donated his time and culinary talents to the Manasquan Firehouse #2 to help raise funds for the Ladies’ Auxiliary. Blend on Main is located at 152 Main Street in Manasquan New Jersey.
