RIB SALE! SATURDAY 8/27!!!

LIMITED TO 30 RACKS

We'll be doing a full cook for Saturday, 8/27. To fill up the smoker we'll be offering $40 racks with a half-pint of our [BBQ Smoked Beans with Pulled Pork ] and corn bread.

Racks will be guaranteed to be minimum 2 pounds. Most racks are 2.5-3.5 pounds each.

Full Menu also available @ regular price - Brisket, Pulled Pork, Turkey Breast, Coleslaw (Vinegar based), Potato Salad, Pickled Onions, Pickles, Sliced Challah Bread.

PICK-UP CURBSIDE on SOBECHKO ROAD at the Englishtown Flea Market. Outdoor seating also available.
