The summer left us exhausted, but we can’t let September slip by without a Sourdough Baking class… our Fall Calendar

Sourdough Baking classes are 4 hours, from 4:30-8:30pm. 4-8 students.
You’ll bake one loaf in class and take another prepared to bake at home, plus your own starter.
We provide all necessary ingredients, utensils, and a snack.
Cost for the four hour experience: $120. (Cash, check or Venmo)

We’re still decompressing from a busy summer, but can’t let September go by without a Pizza Night. Join us on Saturday, the 26th, for a Favorites Night. When you make your reservation let us know your favorite pizza from our Argentinian, Colombian, Caribbean or Cheese Lovers pizzas. We will serve up the five most requested pies to welcome back our monthly PizzaNights.

We can’t say enough Thank Yous to Michael, Rick, Tina and Jay, Joe and Rob, Ashley and Okie for all their help, advice, support and kind offers during our terrible, horrible… very bad week. At the height of the season a mixer went down, the mixer we use for poolish, without which there is no sourdough. Extra kudos to Mike for taking it apart (and getting it back together) to Jay for machining parts, and to Rita for mixing kilos of poolish by hand. Hopefully we didn’t let too many people down as we struggled to keep up with production schedules. It certainly takes a village, and we’re so grateful for ours. …. meanwhile the backup mixer Amazon offered with next day delivery still has not arrived. Just not part of our village I guess.
