My husband and I recently moved into a house in Waretown & after settling in, I finally had time this weekend to get to know my oven. Let me tell you guys, I thought I lost my touch. This kitchen is smaller, the oven has hot spots, and I made probably 8 batches of macaWRONGS before I finally got two that looked like Mick’s Macs. Still not perfect but I don’t want them going to waste!

I’m slowly going to be reopening with very limited availability and specialty boxes at a first come first serve basis. I will trial and error some delivery specials to see how they go!! I teach full time now but I’ve missed this so much.

I walked into my living room a few minutes ago and said to my husband “I had the best day!” I’ve missed spending the day with my mixer and listening to my audiobooks. So so much more to come💗 thank you for being patient with me, I’ve missed you all!

I just can’t help myself, I miss having baking days!! 🤩 I’m going to run a mystery box delivery special to go out next Friday 3/21💗 The flavors and design will be whatever comes to me creatively (no mint flavors, it’s the general consensus that we don’t like mint). We’re heading into Spring, St. Pats is next week, my wedding is soon & my creative juices are flowing.

You’d think that I wouldn’t even want to look at my oven, let alone bake something today after this weekend. BUT when your family puts you in charge of Christmas dessert, you come through with a nutella yule log with candied berries & meringue mushrooms🍄‍🟫
